On 6 March in the Hague, the Netherlands, in the framework of Ukraine's claim against the Russian Federation, the International Court of Justice (“ICJ”) will hear Ukraine’s request for provisional measures.
On 16 January 2017, Ukraine filed a case in the ICJ to hold the Russian Federation accountable for its support for terrorism in the east of Ukraine and acts of discrimination of ethnic Ukrainians and Crimean Tatars in occupied Crimea.
Since January 16, 2017 Consulate started the issuance of the Ukrainian visas programmed by information-telecommunication system "Visa" that enables foreigners and stateless persons to register their visa application online and to schedule an appointment at the Ukrainian Consular office directly through the site http://visa.mfa.gov.ua .
International students have an opportunity to study in more than 240 universities in Ukraine and gain the specialization in different scientific fields. The main languages of instruction in Ukrainian Higher Educational Institutions (HEIs) are Ukrainian, Russian or English. Every year higher educational establishments welcome students from more than 150 countries.
